Is there a way to do this PACTrust ‘thing’ without risk to the investor? I?m looking for a minimum risk REI strategy, and was wondering what risks are involved for the investor. Wholesaling would appear to be the method with the least amount of risk. How does one obviate (Thanks Bill, I love that word) risk with sandwich type transactions like these? I?m sure the obvious answer is to get lots-o-cash upfront, but with rates like they are and a soft rental market in my area that is difficult to do. What?s your opinion?
