Good post Scott and good to know how you handle it. Just some extra ammunition to have when working with Realtors. I have read about the various options before but had only been concentrating on referral fees and the like. I am definitely going to work the angle of getting the agent to do the work s/he normally does and work out an arrangement as above. That takes me out of the loop almost entirely other than getting documents done and cashing checks Now that sounds fun!
