Yep I’m saying that. We keep a list of people who our members tell us are clients of theirs who may try to step around them (its the initial input form on the Create a Trust data base). If you’re doing a deal, the idea is to get the preliminary information into as soon as possible. I.e., we don’t care how many trusts you start and don’t complete as long as we are not asked to do any work yet.
Regarding their joining the network, they can do that, but if we know that they belong to you, were pay you half of their membership fee (and they receive no discounts.
We tried setting it up so that such a new member would have to pay your part of their first deal…but that worked out like trying to attract a blind moth to a bug-zapper.
