    I agree with Jim!

    On what proposal does this “AS IS” provision appear, because on my NEO I do not have a provision like that?

    Especially in situations where you have NOT seen the property I’d definitely use the NEO, unless of couse, the deal is so good that you want to proceed with putting it in a trust (and tying up/taking control of the property NOW).


    The language appears in a new proposal document that Bill provided after the recent 2.5 day Orange County training seminar.

    Bill suggested sending out the proposal along with an NEO.
