I had 3 folks contact me last week that are looking for places before school ends or before school starts next fall. All three make well over 100k and they they are hooked on our system because of the tax benefits and safety. I am going to have them look for properties on Realtor.com and have them send me the info. I will make the offer and send it to the sellers address and direct them the give it to the Realtor after they read it. The offer will have the listing agent getting 1% upfront and 2% down the road. minumum of 3-payments plus 2% closing costs moves them in, unless it is a jumbo loan. Then it’s more.
