both signs will be placed on every single property. i couldnt afford a 3×10 banner($135) so this is just $10 for each property

I’ve been doing a lot of bandits lately and these are good. They’re not too busy and are to the point. Great to put in front of homes to find qualified RB’s.

These signs are very simple, attractive and look great. However, let’s not forget the “Main Thing”. Do they get results. And, do they acheive the ultimate result which is a DONE DEAL?

I’ve created many signs over the years. I’ve found the simplier the better. Signs are, with exception of third party referrals, the number one way to attract potential buyers/RBs.

The bottom line is… will these signs result in Closed Deals.

Keep us up to date on your progress and Good Luck!

Great Signs, Alvin. Scott do you anticipate any liability when stating, “Tax benefits included”?

No, why would you? It is a true statement and you are not giving specific advice. Even though it is a little more wordy, I might put something like…

“Enjoy all the benefits, including tax writeoff, of REAL Homeownership without ever having to get a Mortgage”.

    Alvin,
Did you get the signs in the ground yet?

    2nd sign works better

    cheryl:

i got them on the ground as bandit signs but havent tested them on a property yet.

i usually bring them to the local REI meetings or investor seminars and it gets the attention of a lot of investors that have properties that havent considered a lease to own exit strategy.
