    I have a family in Austin that wants to move to New Braunfels, Tx. – St Marcus, Tx area

    Is there any Entrust in that area? I am a ruby and would like to talk to someone about buying some co beneficial interest in the property for this couple. They would be good RBs. The property they seek is a 4 or 3 bedroom. When husband is released from nearby military hospital, they will probably get a VA loan and then pay off remaining debt and any equity. .

    Is there any seller in that area on this NARS discussion?
    I offer full price even if upside down on mortgage. I ask that the seller hold their finances, then, I will take over all monthly expenses piti and maintenance. If seller would like a written proposal, I need some information about the property and the mortgage,

    Now, I need a house for a RB in San Antonio, TX up near Kirby.
    Or, If you are agent or investor in San Antonio and have a Setlor Beneficiary property, I have a resident beneficiary for you. RB can afford 5% contribution and up to $750.mo payment to trustee.
