    I am a NARS Ruby looking for someone interested in partnering in Charlotte NC. A member would be great, but if not ok. We will be targeting residential and commercial , owners who will hold their finanacing, discount sales with short sale flops , mortgage amilioration, lender equity shares, and homeowners upside dowm or in arrears. They can stay in their home or leave.

    Thank you for your reply Scott,
    I can and have done most of NARS systems. They are great!
    I am still seeking anyone who wants to share tasks, expenses and profits ie finding, funding and farming a transaction residential or commercial.
    And yes Charlotte is my preferred area, but open to other states.

    If you are doing deals , how are you locating your settlors names and phone numbers to do the call?

    Charlotte, most investors in Phx are staying here–me too.

    It would be fun to work with you, but why not just train a realtor?
    [easier said than done]

    For me, I’m building a cash investor team on houses under 100k , avg 50k.

    I haven’t implemented my contacting motivated sellers to structure their equity/non-equity yet.
