Over time it has become quite clear to me that a dumb down explanation of the Trusts needs to be created.

I talk to so many people each week and it does get tedious and the recorded telephone system FAQ is not really the answer nor is the FAQ on the website (http://www.Ama-Kya.com).

    Peter,

Good job. What else do you include in the staging kit?

The staging kit is not that difficult actually.

    Welcome Alica,

    Peter has some excellent idea’s.

I know some investors on houses that they have taken control of and that still have services like the telephone line still connected, have put a fax machine in the home, (though this is probably only doable in houses/areas that are of a certain price range and up and where arrangements can be made to have someone like a neighbor let the prospective tenants in the house), with the necessary forms/applications for the interested party to fill out and fax to the investor.

Also leaving a questionaire for them to fill out, if not interested in this particular property, requesting what it is they are looking for and also asking them if they know anyone who may be interested, in turn offering them some type of cash reward or some incentive, if the referral turns into a deal the investor is able to execute. This questionaire should also include a section asking them what was ti they did not like about the property, (helps the investor correct any problems, if necessary).

Good luck on your deal in Florida.

If you need someone to partner with in the Atlanta area let me know.
